Originally from the Midwest, Mariella has called Bellingham home for over a decade. With a diverse background spanning finance, administration, and management, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work.

As a former Finance Director for a local nonprofit, Mariella understands the complexities of financial management in mission-driven organizations. Her experience includes over seven years in administrative roles across industries such as construction, insurance, and property management—giving her a deep understanding of business operations. Additionally, with more than four years of accounting experience, she has developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis.

Mariella is particularly passionate about creating efficient systems and supporting organizations in achieving their goals through sound financial and administrative practices. When she's not at work, you can find her playing bike polo, rock climbing, or foraging for wild mushrooms.
